1. The service
NorthAxis Personal ("the app", https://personal.northaxis.ai) is a single-user personal life-design tool operated by an individual developer. It helps the account owner keep a private record of their values, decisions, and daily activity, and generates suggestions ("Advances") from that record. By signing in you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and data
You sign in with your Google account and the app stores your content in your own Google Drive. You own your data and can delete it at any time from Drive or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The app's handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Use the app only for your own personal life-design purposes and in compliance with applicable law and Google's terms. Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Suggestions it generates are informational only and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice; decisions you make are your own. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
5. Availability and changes
The app is offered on a best-effort basis and may change or be discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
